A blue hand pad that is abrasive and is ideal for scrubbing tough surfaces. The size of the hand pad is approximately 10cm x 15cm with a thickness of 2cm.
The Blue colour of the pad denotes it as a medium toughness, when the Red pad is not tough enough but the Black pad is too tough on the surface that needs scrubbing.
